Getting bank to discharge collateral on financed MHP

Question for those with financed MHPs with POHs:  how difficult is it to get the bank to release or discharge some collateral linked to the loan?

I'd like to sell a MH out of the Park.  This mobile is linked to the commercial loan for the MHP.  Therefore, the bank holds the title for the MH.  I realize we will have to do some legal/official recording of documents with the county to make this happen.  My question is - will the bank be willing to do it?  Thankfully the debt coverage is still stellar on the deal, even without the income from this one MH. The DSCR remains well above 3.0 - ridiculous amount of cushion that should make the bank feel comfortable. Additionally, I have told my loan officer that we will still collect lot rent on that unit (in other words, not all rental income from that unit/lot is lost).

Thoughts?
