that was ton if Information and insights. i decided not to pursue this deal anymore. i live in New york so try to focus on my local markets as I can see this Properties physically and get my ball rolling that way and exploring other opportunities in more certain neighborhoods(other States).Thanks @Crystal Smith, @Henry Lazerow, @Baris Yuksel, @Jonathan Klemm
