@Jon Holdman good explanation in plain English, there is no disagreement I see, my statement refers to several risks, market risk, credit risks, repayment, collateral and so on, the interest rate charged is based on the risks assumed, including the risk of loss from any aspect.On the hard money lender side, they mostly set rates to the market, as much as they can charge and remain competitive, while they do some underwriting they seldom go  through any risk analysis, one reason the loan pool is usually too small to bother with it.

Not that the owner of or vendor for some aviation product  does not post they do.. but its always something to do with aviation safety.. and not what you get on BP with some of the folks on this site that simply post the exact same things every time on the threads that involve their business and their desire to make money form BP posters to sell their products or services..

Due to the primary language being english, the shared Tort law that we got from the the Brits, and the USD tied to the BZE 2-1 it is a place that provides a comfortable amount of culture shock to the casual traveler.

Just want to put this out there ...Millennials in the US get a bad rep sometimes while "foreigners" seem to have a knack for finding success.We have a couple of young guys in our group - they're in their 20s - who were born in South Korea, have been here and exposed to American English long enough to not speak with a strong accent, have been with our group for just over two years and have acquired access to $4.5 Million in funding.
