It was more personality types or things like recently separated/divorced.I hated undergrads - unless they were international students. 

But, if you were to go ahead and offer undergrad housing, just expect a lot of dumb damage and beer-soaked carpet. 

Undergrads are awful in a building with non-undergrads, so we ended up kicking a couple of those out.

Hello BP,I am currently an undergrad student with 2.5 semesters left (Finance Major RE Minor) I have read many books and have listened to many podcasts on RE investing so my mind has been set to do this for a while now.I plan on investing long-distance eventually but am looking to move to an area that has a strong RE market that I can invest in sooner rather than later, and lots to offer for young people.

I was always very successful in school-- high school valedictorian, most likely to succeed, double major in chemistry and biology at San Jose State with a 3.9 GPA-- but I left undergrad at 23 with no degree because I didn't feel any passion for anything.

I have discovered within the last year of my undergrad experience this idea of financial freedom (and feeling very grateful I did so early!).

I even added a real estate major during my undergrad. 

I'm currently serving in the Navy and I separate December 2016 at which time I will be moving to Buffalo to finish my undergrad degree.
