Hey everyone! My name's Ryan and I am 20 years old an undergrad student at the University of Michigan studying economics. In the past couple years I have become very interested in investing in real estate and plan to pursue investment opportunities after graduation! For right now I would love to get some reading material suggestions, insider tips, and other great words of advice that I can carry with me post graduation.

Very excited to be getting involved in this community and looking forward to what everyone has to offer

Hi @Ryan O. - Welcome!  Ann Arbor is great, and I called it home for many years.  If you're willing to drive a bit, you should also check out the Renegade Detroit Investors in Berkley, the MREI in Troy, and the group out of Canton run by Ali Shebley.  All good groups.

Read BiggerPockets a lot, and get on the forums - huge help, especially when you're learning.

The BP books by J Scott are great, as are the books from the 'Millionaire Real Estate...' series by Gary Keller - there's one of Flipping, Holding, Being a Real Estate Agent, and the main book.

For mindset, 'Think and Grow Rich' by Napoleon Hill, Rich Dad Poor Dad, The Power of Positive Thinking, and The Traveler's Gift by Andy Andrews.  All great reads.

That should keep you busy for a month or two (;
