Hello my name is Richard Boyd. I'm currently serving in the Navy and I separate December 2016 at which time I will be moving to Buffalo to finish my undergrad degree. (pursuing dentistry)

I'm an accidental landlord, I inherited my grandmother's property and I have leased it with terms. This is what turned me on to real estate. I'm extremely motivated and ready to learn more. I'm not sure which type of real estate I would like to be involved with like wholesaling, or land lording, ect...

I'm on the search for someone who can point me in the right direction with learning. I'm looking for a mentor or just helpful tips.

I understand there is still a year until I can do anything physically, but I know there is much to learn.

Thanks for any help!

Best Regards,

  Richard Boyd
