In general though, Twentynine Palms attracts more party-people than the other high desert towns and can be good or bad depending on what kind of guests you are marketing to.

Just in life in general I'm noticing more crazy people that think because they got a whiff of Lysol or Fantastik that now their immune system is shutting down and they have to go on a 5 week desert fast to cleanse their system 🙄3.

I read they are allowed in Desert Hot Springs and have beenlooking at mobile homes and condos there. 

@Joe Au  the folks that I know that have large net worths not only own their own home but usually have one in the Desert  and maybe up at Lake Tahoe.. or some ski area .. add in a ranch in Montana to go fishing etc etc etc.

There may be MHP Communities that could possibly fit your criteria in places like Barstow, Lancaster, Ridgecrest or other desert locations. 

This may have been for San Diego though which is like the rest of the Southwest a desert and without our share of the Colorado river would mean serious conservation was needed.

But as I state and I have worked in over 20 markets you can find these homes virtually everywhere.WE can find condo's in Vegas still for under 30k.. and I am sure other desert cities.

It has beautiful glass windows all over and it looks out on mountains and desert - very scenic in the Southwest US.He has a plan for tenants in 3/4 of the space, but has one more unit (about 4,500 Square feet) that he is trying to fill. 

Great subject to google earth and see miles of paved roads with the occasional house dotted in there.Much like the desert massive subdivisons of the west that were created in the early 20th century...

At this point the place should feel dry and hot like a desert. 4.
