Can you find John Fedro deals in S. Ca

 I'm  about buy John Federo real estate investing in mobile homes and I am searching for deals in southern  California but I can't find any has anybody found deals in Southern California for $4000 to $5,000 is it possible to do his investing in Southern California

You would have to go inland quite a way i.e. Riverside, San Bernardino County. There may be MHP Communities that could possibly fit your criteria in places like Barstow, Lancaster, Ridgecrest or other desert locations. 

But be careful. There are so many MHP's that are terribly blighted and definitely not in the PATH of PROGRESS. You would definitely have to do some due diligence before spending even $4-5K. Unfortunately I'm on the North San Diego County Coastline dealing with the same delimma only with MH's starting at around $10-500k.
