I sometimes find myself with only a linux machine, or only a tablet... and thought that the online version might work best.I guess if offline is still the way to go, I need to figure out which version works best for real estate investing, but I won't ask that here, because I'm guessing it is already answered in another thread and don't want to clutter things.
