You have actually made the agents job easy, because he is feeding off of your emotions as I am as I read these post.NEVER, NEVER, get personal with a deal it is business.

If those APIs were available to feed developers that data through a secured web service, and any legal issues were already ironed out, I assume zillow, cyberhomes, etc... would already have that built in.

Thanks Mr Investor, there's a ton of deeply discounted REO's but it is still a feeding frenzy out here.

I will probably take the route of replacing the first outlet in the circuit with a gfci so that the other outlets that it feeds is gfci protected with no ground.

The Sherriff is busy trying to feed himself. ( for full disclosure, that is not referring to any actual sheriffs, meaning it is a metaphor: for the government to save us and right the wrongs.)

Let the non profits take on the extras so people help as needed then return to their own lives rather than build a bureaucracy that just feeds off of the system and does more harm than good. in many cases.
