Marketing Business Idea

Hey Everyone,

I am new to this site so I am not sure if this is the right forum to post in, but I had a marketing business idea I wanted to get some feed back on. Lately I have been venturing out to a lot of properties that are for sale looking for my first investment property. And at these properties, since Im just checking thru the windows and climbing around the properties to see if the inside looks adequate or not I like to pick up the property listing flyers at the property they usually have attached to the for sale sign. But I notice more and more these flyer boxs are usually empty or filled with flyers that are such in horrid shape from the elements that I wouldnt want to keep them. I like flyers, becuase i rather would have a piece of paper to write notes on about the property with a picture of the property so I can easily remember which property is which, thats just me, but in this era of computers I still like paper to hold when im pondering and organizing. But basically, I was thinking, what would be the marketing potential or should say, business potential of a small business that offers to keep those flyer boxes filled and with fresh printings of the property listings? Just wanted feedback if this is something that might be a feasible idea people might actually want to higher out for and earn some extra money for me on the side.
