To be honest, I am looking into doing Wholesaling.

However… It’s only service with dignity, excellence, and honesty.

Honesty was my first choice but I followed the new agents advice.

My current rentals are a business already I suppose, but to be honest I feel I may have just lucked/guessed my way into them. 

If I’m being honest I should have been more firm from the very first contact but I learned and now I know moving forward

I find that Contractors really don't care if it's me writing a check for my deal or a client paying them for a deal I found but don't own, they thank me for the business either way, especially when I stay involved to check in on things and keep everyone honest.  I

Hey Demetrius, To be honest i am new to real estate investing my niche is long-term hold multifamily but, chatting on BP i met up with a wholesaler in MA and i just sent my first letter to a owner in MA and i currently live in FL. i guess i would recommend finding a more experienced wholesaler and your area and learn. i wish much success in your journey. 

Putting in more money isn't even close to being the answer and you don't have the intellectual honesty to ask "what is the answer" from someone who knows the ground level.
