Looking for real estate agent and whole seller in OKC

Hi, I live in Dallas area and looking to invest in Oklahoma City. I am looking for a real estate agent who is experienced with working with investors. I am also looking to invest with BRRRR type method. So, I am looking for a whole seller who is somewhat accurate with the numbers of rehab cost and ARV.
