Looking for real estate agent and whole seller in OKC

Hi, I live in Dallas area and looking to invest in Oklahoma City. I am looking for a real estate agent who is experienced with working with investors. I am also looking to invest with BRRRR type method. So, I am looking for a whole seller who is somewhat accurate with the numbers of rehab cost and ARV. Is there anyone who can provide me with some contacts you can recommend? Thank you so much for your time reading this post.
