Just got this report from my management company and it says:"- Repairs & Maintenance - Plumbing repair - Bathtub needs to be snaked out. $294.00"Is this sounds reasonable?

I have a lot of ideas on what to do with the first unit, but the biggest question right now, is that this is a 2br/1ba and currently it has no bathtub.

Timeline is good, but I ran into a few more problem than I initially planned for, such as bathtub and surround needing replaced, 2000 nails in sheetrock (I don't no why...), rotting wood under front door, horrible texture on walls on top of wallpaper that made prepping the walls extremely tedious, subflooring replace in bathroom and hall, windows and seals needing replaced (new that), and detached garage siding totally rotted.Numbers: First noticed when seller moved asking price to 26.5k (from original 34k).

. $5k to do the whole thing)- water damaged/stained ceiling in kitchen from broken bathtub drain upstairs- HVAC drain pipe broken in exterior wall of garage.

Eventually they realized that construction fumes from the unit below them (supposedly fumes from coating bath tub surfaces) were coming up into their unit.

Fans at Home Depot or Lowe's are generally about 60 to 100 bucks plus if you know how to install yourself.The bath tub appears to be a light yellow color which people do not think of as clean.

@James Wiseheh - 1200' bathtub but did not go in - the ground was soaked with it is what I should have stated.
