$294 repair to snake out the bathtub is reasonable?

Dear members!

Just got this report from my management company and it says:

"- Repairs & Maintenance - Plumbing repair - Bathtub needs to be snaked out. $294.00"

Is this sounds reasonable?

The bathtub is pretty small, nothing fancy, looks like this:

When was it snaked?  Over the weekend?  On the 4th?

That would make a difference.
