I'm an engineer, and overly analytical..

I am a recent Computer information Tech grad as of April 2020 but I have this unbelievable urge to be doing real estate and analytics at the same time.

Hi @Daniel Zapata, I personally use Stessa for my tracking and analytics. 

We use software that makes it easy to provide analytics by home type and community.

I currently work in Data Analytics in the Northern Virginia area.

I currently work full-time doing analytics and logistics for a moving company.

What you can offer at the starting point is your analytical skill and perhaps technical knowledge on how to organize an email or web promo campaign.  

For example, if you spent the last year studying and understanding rental properties, rehabs, and property management, would you reinforce those fundamentals or take an internship in an area less to your understanding, like marketing or analytics?

@Steve Morris, i understand.. do you think it would be helpful if such a website provided pricing tips and analytics to sellers and buyers on the area based off of the stock that is sold through the platform ?

I am a realtor but there isn’t any system or data/analytics to research that information so I was hoping to get an idea here.
