Newbie in Frederick County MD / Jefferson County WV

Hello everyone, I've been a member of BP for a month or so now, but wanted to formally introduce myself. My name is Corey Young. I currently work in Data Analytics in the Northern Virginia area. My wife and I are looking to purchase a rental property (BRRRR or Househacking) in the Eastern WV Panhandle (Jefferson County) or Frederick County, Maryland (Particularly Brunswick and Frederick areas) at some point in the next year (We are waiting on the sidelines for a bit to save up and allow the market to cool down). Looking forward to connecting with other investors in the area. If anyone has any input on investing in this area or suggestions on agents, contractors or lenders that would be greatly appreciated as well!

Best,

Corey Young
