Real Estate “newbie” looking for advice/mentor

Hello BP forums,

Let me cut to the chase, I am based out of Davis Co, Utah. I have flipped one home with my wife over 3 years and we are currently “sit and flipping” our current home. I am a recent Computer information Tech grad as of April 2020 but I have this unbelievable urge to be doing real estate and analytics at the same time. I just feel like I’m being dragged (in a good way) to go and do this. However the way I learn is by observing and doing, so really I’m looking for a mentor in wholesaling or real estate (commercial) investing. I am a hard worker and a stay at home dad, but I can bring value to you.
