Hi everyone, as the title says I'm a newbie living in Kansas City looking to get started on my real estate investing journey. I currently work full-time doing analytics and logistics for a moving company. I've been with said company for about 13 years now and am ready to start investing for my time. I own a home around the Mission area that my wife and I live in. We've owned the house for about 4 years and have remodeled top to bottom ourselves in that time. I grew up remodeling homes with my parents in what I would call "long-term flips". I'm definitely not a professional but know enough about construction to be dangerous.

I definitely want to explore the BRRRR strategy as my first investment, but would be open to flipping if the circumstances made sense or was necessary due to market conditions. Out of all of this, I would like to achieve financial freedom from my normal job and be able to do something I enjoy. And travel of course. I started listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast and joined a couple of years ago and am finally ready to take the leap and make this my "90 Days".
