We got some good information out of the seminar we went to but without paying the fee, we are not granted any access to the investment info we are looking for.

Tell her to get pre approved for a loan or have her look around for state grants or programs that she might qualify for, sometimes they have no money down grants and stuff like that.

My concerns would include 1) crime, 2) proximity of other buildings you don't control, 3) (local) apartment supply analysis, 4) scope of capital requirements, 5) rehab grants/funding, if any, available 6) loss run report @Patrick Madigan I am in the Fuquay area for about a week and would take you up on visiting the property if this Friday or Monday next week....

It may depend how your lease is worded as to whether a court will grant late fees.

Im glad that at this point and time the majority of my investments are not affected and that they are granting extra time to anyone who has more than ten registeted properties to be compliant.
