I am wondering if there is any strategy to making an offer on a property as far as the amount I offer.

I want to start analyzing deals every day, but I'm stuck coming up with these numbers.I plan on house hacking my first deal, using FHA loan, renting the other units out and then using brrrr strategy if that's possible. 

Any other strategies out there besides like the basic house buying process.

The biggest part for us was to outline the exit strategy options for both partners.

Exit strategy, usually they are hard to sell if they are in "C" category neighborhood and the value might drop more when recess comes. 

In other words what strategy would you use to turn that 100k into more profit faster ? 

On the other hand, creating a C corporation for managing these LLCs and/or properties could have a lot of tax benefit and tax shifting strategies.

Again, all the other strategies work just fine but nothing will provide market knowledge like actually visiting the market often a few days at a time.

What are some strategies you are using to make competitive offers in the current market? 

Never did this come up as an issue even in all the BRRR strategy reading I have done or listened to.
