I am 23 living in kansas city and i currently own a full duplex and live in one side and rent the other I’m trying to find another duplex to rent. I could recieve a fha loan with only putting three percent down but inwoild have to live in it or convenientional loan 15 percent that I’d have to live in of 25 down and i wouldnt have to live in it. I currently have 25k in the bank and I’m looking to purchase another property up to 150. I’m just having a lot of trouble trying to find a good house that will bring in the income i need without having to break the bank for a down payment. I currently owe 88k on my duplex and its worth about 130k . Any other strategies out there besides like the basic house buying process.
