Moving down to Huntsville!
Hello BP community,
I just made the move from the Nashville area down to Huntsville, Alabama! I have been investing in northern Alabama markets for a year now but finally made the move to live down here. My markets of focus are Huntsville, Birmingham and submarkets of those two cities. My partners and I have 75 units in Birmingham and several single family properties in the Huntsville MSA. I'd love to talk with anyone interested in Huntsville multifamily and with those of you who have done apartment deals here. What are some strategies you are using to make competitive offers in the current market?

I am a local investor here and have been focusing only in single family units so far. I know of some folks that deal with multifamily. If there is anything I can help you with in the area let me know.
