I live in a college town and am looking to start in the rental business.

I went so far as to reach out to several servicing companies and asked for fee schedules. 

If so, do they have rent schedules on them?

I personally have not gone this route but I used to help manage my in laws multi-units while I was going through college and have considered doing what they did down the road. 

I have been on the search to do something else with my life for the past few years so I can spend more time with my family and not have to worry about a 9-5 schedule, or in my case 6-6.

She makes the entire journey so simple and easy.Now I have scheduled a consult with "The Short-Term Shop" for further course of action.

I'm doing some research myself and plan to schedule calls with a few companies to check them out, but does anyone have any recommendations?

Guys, whats your experience on renting to young ppl who just started.Wondering, if having 2 young couples just out of college is better  or does that carry more risk for vacancies and each being liable towards lease?
