Help: Need Property Management recommendations in TN

Jordan Curl
Posted

Hi,

I'm planning to start underwriting potential small/medium apartment deals in Chattanooga, TN, Knoxville, TN, and Huntsville, AL next week for an investor looking to do 1-2 deals this year and perhaps more next year. I'm looking for a property management company to help with underwriting and then manage the properties after closing, but I'm not from the area. I'm doing some research myself and plan to schedule calls with a few companies to check them out, but does anyone have any recommendations? Preferably with a company you've worked with before and would confidently give a stamp of approval to. Any help is appreciated!

Thanks,

Jordan
