Ie: stop eating out, prepare food for breakfast/lunch/dinner at home, consider taking shorter showers at home (yes you will still be clean and don't need to spend an hour in the bath), another tip is consider changing out light fixtures to energy efficient bulbs and lightfixtues, unplug cords not being used (while plugged in they still draw current), if you can  walk to work or ride a bike  or car pool that would save you money too.

The balloon is placed with enough time to re-position, or, to ride market appreciation (riskier).

I tried to refinance with Quicken Loan, but was taken for a ride.  

This got me thinking: when you finish a trip, if it's in a residential area where you would consider doing deals, then while waiting for your next ride / trip / etc., why not "drive for dollars", especially if its daylight?

When they aren't sure what's going on, they just assume it's locals with local knowledge taking them for a ride (which happens all the time), and often default to "no deal, contract cancelled, next buyer."

I looked in the window and didn't see any evidence of moving in process either.My questions...... if she files for bankruptcy, will that over ride the lease termination date?

So I guess the question is, do you ride out the debt or sell to stop the negative cash flow? 

Basically, riding the 2.5 interest rate it has been at for nearly 3 yrs. to build quick equity.

In my opinion we are at the top of the market presently and depending on the economy and who gets elected I don't see this ride going on forever. 

Just think about it for the thousands extra you pay a year to live downtown, you could pay for a heck of a lot uber rides.
