Buying a reo counter offer 25 days?
We have just received a counter off on a REO. They accepted are price but would like to close with in 25 days not 30. Are agent is telling us because February is a short month they want it sold in that month. Makes sense. was wondering if this puts us in a position of power. Eg. do we counter with lower price and accept there shorter deadline. That way they get there house off the books and we get lower price. Side note we invest in ultra competive market where deals are very hard to come buy. Do we just be happy we. Got accepted and move forward with shorter closing or try and push the envelope. Was wondering if anyone out there had experience with shorter closing time and what they did???
