Hi All, I quit my corporate sales position to be able to stay home with my children and manage my family's financial portfolio. That being said, I have a great passion for buying, adding value and selling pretty much anything - however, real estate has been calling my name for quite some time. Now that I have the chance to leave the corporate J.O.B I can get to work on REI. I currently have my first home rented out, and possibly looking to cash out to start taking on more. Basically, riding the 2.5 interest rate it has been at for nearly 3 yrs. to build quick equity. I am looking for people with experience to learn from. I am a sponge and I am eager to get my feet wet. Knowledge is power so I want to get as much hands on experience as possible. I have lots of questions, mostly about financing, and these forums have been a huge help. I do notice that there are way too many variables to consider as everything "depends" upon each unique situation. Hence, why I am looking to start meeting and getting my hands dirty with some people here in town. I have been tapping into the BP forums for a little while now and wanted to say hello! I am excited to be a part of this community. Thanks for reading - you have already been a warm welcome! Toree
