I own two 3 unit buildings in Chicago and 1 house that is getting rehabbed at the moment.  I'm looking to refinance one or both 3 units.  I own all three properties free and clear.  I tried to refinance with Quicken Loan, but was taken for a ride.  I'm looking for someone who can analyze my situation and help get a deal done.  I'm also open to hard money.  I'm looking to borrow 35k for about 12-18 months.  So if you can help please contact me.
