We're in process of a renting a restaurant.

Neighborhood: Briar Forest, zoned to Briargrove Elem (good school), family friendly neighborhoodAround the Neighborhood: in the Galleria, so tons of restaurants and shopping nearbyI'm just worried about resale value in the future because we don't plan on staying in the area for a long time as my husband works on the east side town in the refineries. 

My family runs a small chain of restaurants.

I almost at times feel like I shut off for a second a missed a step.

We had issue with ours.. the water line to dishwasher had a backflow valve when the dishwasher was installed and the problem was when the line was pressurized (when water was turned on to dishwasher) it made the valve close, caused the error msg... we had to shut water off disconnect the line. and reconnect the line and had to barely turn water on at first until line was pressurized then on to full stream.. sounds crazy but might be a simple reset of something..

I'm a 27-year old serial entrepreneur with a few businesses that have passed 6 figures in revenue from a marketing and branding company, a retail store, and 2 restaurants on the way.  

Split floor plan, foosball, ping pong, updated kitchen, hard floors, king size beds, pool, hot tub, distance from restaurants/etc, views, on-site amenities, quiet, quality furniture, hammocks, hanging chair(s) (recommended, as they are cheap, but install correctly for 300 pounds) , sq. ft., BBQ (list supplies provided), kitchen supplies, full size fridge and other kitchen equipment listed, laundry equipment/supplies listed, any games/activities provided (horse shoes and bocce are cheap and desirable), wifiThese are all pretty desirable and will help put you above the rest.

Central Illinois is full of communities hit hard by companies leaving the area and the state shutting down prisons and other services.There are a lot of rental applicants out there.  

Talked to a nearby business owner and he said the city is going to shrink Main Street down to a 2 lane road and widen sidewalks to attract foot traffic to the area for all the restaurants.

The property I bought is in a great location (walking distance to Erie Insurance and UPMC Hamot) and all the state street restaurants/bars...so I don't  think I will have a problem renting the place out when I eventually move on.
