New Wholesaler from Los Angeles Valley Area

Hi everyone!

My name is CJ. I'm a 27-year old serial entrepreneur with a few businesses that have passed 6 figures in revenue from a marketing and branding company, a retail store, and 2 restaurants on the way.  All of those businesses are cool, but after really looking at the bigger picture, I definitely know that Real Estate is the way to go.

I'm trying to start off with Wholesaling and eventually get into Fixing & Flipping and doing my first House Hack into Buying and Holding Rentals.

I'm thinking about starting wholesaling in the LA Valley Area to start. I currently have about 30 signs up around my area. So hopefully it works. Can't wait to try and provide value for everyone and meet some cool people on here. Feel free to connect with me!

Here is an out of the box suggestion you may not have thought of. All of those other businesses you mentioned utilize some real estate in some manner or another, be it office space, retail space, restaurants, etc. Why not keep building businesses like that or others, only rather than renting the space from others, buy the property and have the business rent it from you (or an entity you control). Rental expense leaves your business left pocket and enters your real estate right pocket as rental income. Your customers pay for your business and your business pays for your real estate. Entrepreneurial house hacking, my friend.
