Hi Sarit,Depends on the building/school district/rental policies/expenses.

We have stringent requirements for credit score in (above 650), and also have a strict policy for no-smoking or burning of anything (no incense or candles).

Also, think about your assignment policy which is what is happening here.Be polite about the "violations."  

I recommend you use your standard long-term lease and follow your standard long-term policies and procedures.

You can always have a professional crime scene/biohazard company do the cleaning but if you don't want to pay them I would look for forums aimed toward crime scene cleanup and biohazard to ask/learn what they do to clean smells.
