Advice on Mount Prospect and north suburbs
Hello everyone,
I'm a new investor in Chicago area. I've closed a contract on a condo in Mount Prospect, a little higher than comps. Realtors I talked with said recent sales are above comps from last months, because prices are going higher. Does that make sense? Anyone here who's familiar with the area?
Thanks, Sarit
