I would think we could do that on a local sub-forum.There are Web apps to indicate addresses on a map so we could see who is in our neighborhood, and work together on local issues.

I'd love to know what each of you do to successfully market your rental properties.Up until now, we've used the standard free resources on the web: Zillow, Hotpads, Trulia, Cozy, Craigslist, etc.We've had a strong success rate, but we're now listing a beautiful home that is slightly higher than our other properties ($1,850/month), and we've been in school for approximately a month, so families may not be actively looking as much as they were in July/August.Our backup plan is to use a fee site, if it will increase the amount of marketing (helps us find a great tenant).Our next backup plan would be listing it on the MLS.BTW, we are extremely comfortable with the vetting process.
