Is there a feature on BP for joining or creating groups? or Local Forums?

Hi Guys,

I was just pondering the idea, that it would be nice to be able to setup a group or join a group within BiggerPockets, that focused on my local market here in Kansas City.   Does BP have a Groups feature that I am overlooking?  Or a local forum setup for each major market?

If not, this could be a great new feature to add so investors can post deals and network with others in their local area.

I agree with @Sandi Hague & @David Robertson

@Joshua Dorkin   I would very much like connect with my fellow KC investors. It is unfortunate that you had such a problem with spammers.  The regular forums seem to be pretty well patrolled by moderators.  I would think we could do that on a local sub-forum.

There are Web apps to indicate addresses on a map so we could see who is in our neighborhood, and work together on local issues.  This could be of huge benefit to BP members.
