I will work for free no questions asked.While I understand this may be a ludicrous offer I am proposing, I know this is what I want to do with my life and can think of no better way to learn.  

I'm sure it breaks up grime less than true steam but it has already saved 3 carpets from being replaced!

Another possibility - depending on where it is in Syracuse, consider commuting for 4-6 months while you save up money.

Outside of saving up for downs of 10-20% prior to looking for another property is the BRRR strategy the best option due to its debt leverage?

Again, I just feel that starting out may be rocky if going at it full time without a real estate portfolio built to support me, or some sort of part time job to help fund my savings.

I work part-time for a real estate company (Nomadic Real Estate) as a leasing agent and I just passed my VA salesperson exam so I hope to sell real estate in Virginia within the next couple of weeks.Within the next 4 years, I would like to generate enough passive income so that I can save for my future family.The ultimate goal is to generate enough money to be able to start and sustain a social entrepreneurship business to help schools in West Africa.On Bigger Pockets, it would be great if I could network with like-minded individuals.Francis

Ever since I read that damn book my life changed, all I talk about is this stuff.

My plan is to continue to save for a down payment and in approx. ten months purchase my first home.
