The company where I hang my license manages more than 400 total doors, and a majority are college student housing, but still plenty of long term families or young professionals.  

I've been in the construction industry for 30 years, Have held/do hold General Contractor and Electrical Contractors licenses in Massachusetts and Florida.

My wife is about to sit for her Real Estate license exam and we're both excited about what this industry has to offer.We have 3 children and really enjoy what this area of the country has to offer our family with the business and recreational aspects.

Comps vary widely on Zillow (I don't have access to MLS...sitting for my agent's license next month).

I had a broker license for about 30 years.  

That same year I got a broker license which I held for about 30 years.  

I am WA state licensed Realtor but i grew up in Surrey, Guildford specifically.  

I am an attorney by education, have broker licenses in both CA and MA, started my own real estate company, and have recently begun to get into investing.
