My name is Ryan, and I have been involved with real estate in varying capacities over the last number of years. I am an attorney by education, have broker licenses in both CA and MA, started my own real estate company, and have recently begun to get into investing. I'd love to build an agent base for the sales side of my business and learn more about flips, holds, and especially financing for the investment side of my business. Always happy to connect with other and learn from them, especially regarding financing and contractor referrals, which I see as the two main obstacles in my investment plan.
