Isn't the instant feed back that a couple of people here didn't get through or are mis-dialing?

I have a partner that seems shaky about it so I figured I'd get some feed back to see if it's a worth while to invest in.

We've developed a landing page with an IDX feed for our real estate customers to search the MLS.
