I recommend it since it also has other aspects of interest for what you are trying to do.Then you'll know about the various terms used in insurance industry, know what coverage you get and what you don't and is extra. 

What kind of dialogue or approach do I use being new in the industry and low on funds?

Beware the non-refundable fees some try and charge though that is not an industry norm. 

I can write and publish an article tomorrow about how to do heart surgery but that doesn't mean I actually know how to (I don't).I think you'll find that most service professionals catering to the real estate industry have moved away from hourly billing.

I looked at this industry as if I couldn’t have made it since everything was somewhat going under, little did I know “that was the perfect time to get in and grow”.I took a shot at it again back in 2016.

The only issue is, it’s across from an industrial company that been there for decades.

My instructor was extremely knowledgeable and opened my eyes to a lot of the Do’s and Dont’s of the industry that unfortunately often go unheeded.
