I got the idea to get into real estate in 2008 took the National Exam failed and never went back. I looked at this industry as if I couldn’t have made it since everything was somewhat going under, little did I know “that was the perfect time to get in and grow”.

I took a shot at it again back in 2016. Completed the 75hr course online and the 15hr course in class. I failed the National Exam the first time, Study some more failed the National and passed the state the 2nd time around.

I took a break, “Shouldn’t did that” I was working retail part time ( but full time hours). I started back studying 2months later and thought I was ready and prepared to pass the National portion. Nope wasn’t ready failed the 3rd time.

Now at this point I was ready to give up. But my heart and soul wouldn’t let me. Took another break for about 2 months. I worked this particular retail establishment for 4yrs. I put in my 2week notice January 2018 without another job lined up “all I knew was I needed to pass this test, Because I really wanted this since 2008.

I studied so hard and spent so much money in the beginning on materials it was unbelievable, all I needed to do is get focused. I didn’t have to spend a lot of money on materials I didn’t use. I passed my Exam March of 2018 and I was the happiest woman on earth.

I then proceeded to look for jobs in my field. I got hired at this company that I wasn’t happy with at all. The place was so run down and I got tired of saying vintage Because it wasn’t it was a complete disaster of apartments to live in. I continue to look and got hired at this amazing company I’m currently working at now renting Luxury Apartments.

I’m so ready to get in The investor field of Real estate I can see it. Someone introduced my to @Bigger pockets and I promise this is like the best thing besides my children. I’m a little nervous and need a mentor I can learn from. I’m very new to the industry but yet willing and ready to learn so much more.

I took a trip to a city last year and wanted to invest the moment I seen the market. It’s so much potential there and I know that will be a great placebo start at even if it takes me to relocate for a while.

I'm ready to invest into BRRRR's and Rentals. I'm looking for a great mentor to give me any tips with this journey I'm ready to succeed in.

Thank you!
