So many times I would tour a home with a client at 8:30am, go to the office and do some prospecting, meet with my team over lunch, research new listings and follow up on phone calls all afternoon, then go home only to have the phone ring during dinner because an offer was coming in at 8:00pm, so race back to the office or property and negotiate a deal, which may or may not close!

Once you start taking the classes, set up meetings with the managers or owners of some of the local brokerages and ask them about the kind of training they have for new agents, if it is possible to team up with more experienced agents or a team, etc.

@Fred Dray My Current situation is we are a property investment company managing it's own portfolio.We outsource most maintenance jobs to individuals.The management arm has been overlooked by me and the Managing Director when he is available.However my big weakness is that as the company is growing bigger I need to build a strong team and I would like to digitize my management(been mostly old school) so as to provide concise reports for company management.Therefore, I have no idea how to go about it as I've been mostly conducting things myself over the years.Please assist on how to go about this...
