I want to keep growing my portfolio and B2R really seemed like it might be the answer but now I'm not so sure.  

So who knows where I will end up.I have been researching the topic of "Who to work for as an agent" and came to the conclusion that I need to find a brokerage that offers lots of resources, classes, wisdom, room to grow and reasonable terms.

Do not get me wrong, Gordon Square is a happening space, lots of activity, they are going to do phase 2 soon, it will be growing, the number you presented seems a little high.

Personally I think prices in some areas areas still have room to grow.

As I grow that side business, when it gets to the point where I don't need the full time job anymore I will take the plunge and get the license.

I've recently gone through some fantastic training, and I'm very excited to dig in and grow a real estate business.  

I am trying to grow my understanding of the different "tools" available to investors.

Right now I'm looking to get my start with some wholesailing, mainly focusing on growing a strong network.

I love learning and am constantly soaking up information on investing/managing my money and while I generally like putting my money in accounts where I can let it sit and grow, I also legitimately enjoy learning about the grind that goes into real estate investing and the different ways to approach it.
