Long term asset based loans - Houston, Texas
Is anyone familiar with longer term asset based lenders. I am trying to do a cash out now with B2R but it is taking forever and they are CRAZY about insurance requirements. I have even switched over to their preferred insurance provider which is much more expensive and we are still stalled over insurance. I want to keep growing my portfolio and B2R really seemed like it might be the answer but now I'm not so sure. Any advice or insight would be appreciated.
