Hi everyone!
I'm new to Bigger Pockets but I have been interested in Real Estate Investing for awhile... I just never realized this entire community existed. I live in San Diego, CA and currently own a rental condo in Northern California. I'm now interested in looking to purchase another one out of state. I love learning and am constantly soaking up information on investing/managing my money and while I generally like putting my money in accounts where I can let it sit and grow, I also legitimately enjoy learning about the grind that goes into real estate investing and the different ways to approach it. With that said, my interest is mostly in buy and holds and possibly BRRR in the future, though I don't know about it much yet. Good thing there is a webinar on it soon!
