I know plenty of other investors who were focused on REOs who didn't adapt and who are frustrated that they haven't been able to find a good deal in the past year.But, if you're willing to zig and zag as the market dictates -- not just from an acquisition standpoint but also from a marketing standpoint, an exit strategy standpoint, etc. -- I believe long-term viability is a given.

Hello everyone,

First time poster. I have been involved in apartment rentals for over 10 years. 3 quads at present and with a full-time job and family the buildings are taking too much personal time.

Have considered...
