@Brian Geiger I would encourage you to read this article written by Jerry Seinfeld.

He said his case went to probate and he got paid 3 years later....No very encouraging!

If anyone else is frustrated with the current eviction moratorium in Minnesota, I would encourage you to write a letter (as I did) to Governor Tim Walz.

I was up all night last night thinking about this.. the crazy thing is that when the builder gave the offer, it’s the realtor and lender who are in the office that are encouraging it and saying as long as I move into the garage it meets requirements and that they see it all the time..
