s response might have come off a bit too direct, the information he provided has merit - whether or not every assumption made was accurate for your friend's particular case.If I were your friend, I would look for another place or attempt to renegotiate the lease with the landlord.

If anyone near the Chicago, Il area can direct me or send me some banks that are RE investor friendly and supports FHA mortgages that would be great.

Anybody experienced in both fields that could give some direction?

I hope this doesn’t come across as me being sneaky or deceitful, but looking for any assistance or direction.

(if so, does anyone have any strategies for this other than driving around and sending them direct mail letters) Any input is greatly appreciated.
