I want to get into real estate. Wholesale or real estate License?
I want to get into real estate and have decent funding to start, but am still in college. Should I begin wholeselling with the goal to be a full time investor, or start by getting a real estate license?
Anybody experienced in both fields that could give some direction? I’ve done plenty of research on wholeselling, so I know what it is. I’m after your opinions and problems you’ve faced doing one or the other.
