What conversion objective are you using for your retargeted audience campaigns? 

I will be glad to meet all of you and have a conversation about the local market. 

Back when we did DMM we got about 10% conversion rates.

I opened an account a few months back and have learned a lot from reading different posts and conversations, but this is the first time I've posted anything.Anyway, here's my question. 

I am sitting with my attorney tomorrow to have the same conversation with him. 

PLEASE get yourself a website.When you knock doors, hand them your card/flyer, brochure, with your site big and bold on there.Cold calling.. finish the conversation with for more info on me and our company be sure to visit  www.Iamsuperhandsomashelldamnittoheckles.com (had to make sure this domain name didnt exist yet).Your conversion WILL drastically improve!

Just based on conversations I've had with others in the SD BP community, I don't believe that it is (though someone with practical experience, please correct me if I'm wrong).

Then you have the possibility that a conversion was done without permits & that opens another realm of frustration & significant expense.

This doesn't work well for me and I wouldn't recommend it for a newbie because they are at a fragile point in their business and they need to understand how/why something is working.Now, the SEO vs other marketing conversation is another story but that is your option and your experience.
